I am a Hospitality and Operations management professional with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience. I have worked in the service industry for over 20 years where I have served customers and guests with empathy, integrity, and respect. I strive to improve team performance and communication through a Servant Leadership approach. I offer thoughtful, comprehensive and constructive feedback to promote teamwork, improve operational success, and increase guest and team member engagement.
My ability to collaborate and coordinate efforts of teams, in order to exceed guest expectations, has become the reason for my success in the hospitality industry. I am passionate about serving others, as this is one of my core values. I highly honor the aspect of this business that allows me to help guests create memorable experiences.
I recently earned a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Hospitality Management. The communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills that I solidified through my college courses provide a tremendous opportunity to advance my future success as a leader with a thriving organization.
