I am a High D (DiSC Assessment) and an INFP (MBPT). The core of who I am can be defined as the point of intersection between these two highly credible personality and motivation assessments. The combination is extremely rare. How is that even possible? I'm the exception to the rule with only 3% of the world's population testing as an INFP personality, and rare as they come when an INFP meets High Dominance in all empathy, mediator and perceiver in motivation and achievement. It's not teachable, but it is certainly transferrable to meet personal and professional goals and objectives.
